Wolf Pack Wednesday: Student Financial Services
Subject line: Your Loyola E-Bill and Payment Options
Sent: June 30, 2021
We're so glad that you will be joining our campus community this fall! You can now access your electronic tuition bill (E-Bill) through your LORA account. We will not be sending a printed bill through the mail, only this electronic bill.
Fall Payment Deadline: August 13, 2021
All payments, financial aid, monthly payment plans, and parent loans must be in place by August 13th.
Access Your Bill
Follow these steps to view your bill, make payments, and set up authorized payers (like your parents).
- Log into your LORA Account
- Go to the Tuition and Billing column and select Account Summary
- Find and select the long gray rectangular box titled: Pay Tuition Online / View eBills / Add Authorized Users / Create e-Refund Profile
- You will then be redirected to the e-Commerce gateway where you can easily make payment transactions and add authorized users
All authorized users will be sent a temporary sign-on to the e-Commerce gateway and can then pay towards your bill. Parents can also access e-Commerce through LORAPAR (LORA for Parents), but the sign-on for LORA for Parents is different from the sign-on credentials for the e-Commerce system.
Learn more about Tuition Payments.
For assistance making payments, please contact the Bursar’s Office at email@example.com or 504.865.2388.
Enroll in Our Monthly Payment Plan
You can set up your payment plan through Nelnet. This is a no-interest monthly payment plan option that only requires a small annual enrollment fee.
Health Insurance Requirement
All full-time undergraduate students will be automatically enrolled in our Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan for the 2021 – 2022 academic year. Coverage for the Fall 2021 term will appear on your tuition bill. If you have comparable, existing insurance through a different provider for the academic year, you may be eligible to waive coverage and remove this charge from your bill. We offer a different plan for domestic vs. international students to best meet the needs of all students. Please visit our Student Health Insurance page to see plan details, costs, and instructions for waiving coverage.
