LOYNO Master Plan: New Graduate Student Checklist

Subject line: Important LOYNO Action Items ✔

Sent: July 28, 2021

We know you’ve been receiving a lot of information in your inbox lately. That’s why we put together this digest for you to review all the most important action items before the start classes at Loyola. We look forward to your arrival in the fall, and we’re here to support you along every step of your journey.

Your To Do List

✔ Set Up Your Loyno Accounts

Set up your Loyola email and access the Loyola network, known as the Single Sign On (SSO) portal. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your accounts (including instructions for free access to Microsoft Office 365) and contact the IT Help Desk with any technology-related questions.

✔ Pay Your Tuition E-Bill

All payments, financial aid, monthly payment plans, and parent loans must be in place by August 13, 2021. Follow these steps to view your bill, make payments, and set up authorized payers (like your parents).

  • Log into your LORA Account
  • Go to the Tuition and Billing column and select Account Summary
  • Find and select the long gray rectangular box titled: Pay Tuition Online / View eBills / Add Authorized Users / Create e-Refund Profile
  • You will then be redirected to the e-Commerce gateway where you can easily make payment transactions and add authorized users

Learn more about Tuition Payments from the Office of Finance and Administration.

✔ Submit Your Immunization Records

Loyola and the state of Louisiana require all students to submit immunization documentation. You can print the Proof of Immunization Compliance Form and have it completed and signed by your physician or treatment provider, then upload your immunization record to your Admissions Status Portal. Please contact Student Health Services at 504.865.3326 with any questions.
