  • Log into the Loyola Network through our Single Sign On (SSO) portal
  • Access your LORA account

Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your accounts (we also emailed you with instructions), and contact the IT Help Desk with any technology-related questions.

Submit Your Immunization Records

Make sure you meet Louisiana requirements.

Loyola and the state of Louisiana require all students to submit immunization documentation. Print the Proof of Immunization Compliance Form and have it completed and signed by your physician or treatment provider. You must also provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination (including a booster shot) or submit an exemption request. All documentation should be submitted on the Loyola Public Health Portal. Email for questions. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is due January 10 and all other immunizations are due no later than January 15.
